We all already know about the more tough and hardcore version of 'Don't let the balloon touch the floor' a.k.a Volleyball now it's time for me to introduce to you another version of it:
Foot Volleyball or Footvolley and Sepak takraw.
Foot volleyball is a sport which combines aspects of beach volleyball and association football.
Foot volleyball was created by Octavio de Moraes in 1965 in Brazil. Foot volleyball combines field rules that are based on those of beach volleyball with ball-touch rules taken from association football. Essentially footvolley is beach volleyball except players are not allowed to use their hands and a football replaces the volleyball.

Sepak takraw or kick volleyball, is a sport native to Southeast Asia. Sepak takraw differs from the similar sport of footvolley in its use of a rattan ball and only allowing players to use their feet, knee, chest and head to touch the ball.
Fun Fact:
Sepak takraw has been a sport at the Asian Games since 1990 with Thailand securing the highest number of gold medals.

For a little extra fun here is a video of iKON playing Jokgu (Korean name of Sepak takraw)
Hope you enjoy it.
